Mrs.
Cynthia Acevedo went through a bilateral mastectomy for cancer on both breasts
February 28. A follow-up biopsy showed she is now free of cancer cells.
Unable
to personally respond to over 60 congregations and individuals who sent cards
of encouragement, she asked me to relay her deep, sincere thanks and
appreciation to all who sent cards and all who prayed for her. Apart from
God’s kindness to her, it is a great comfort to her that she has a large,
caring family of individuals from all over who have shown love and concern for
her. She was so touched by it.
