From Ron Kelley, pastor, Asheville/Hickory/Greensboro, NC:

Charles Fritz, a member in our Greensboro congregation, has taken a serious turn for the worse.  As many of you know, Charles has been on kidney dialysis three times a week for several months.  He also has a serious heart condition.  Tuesday, August 19th, Charles became very weak and had difficulty breathing and was taken to a local hospital to be stabilized.  The doctors said he developed a serious infection and pneumonia that caused multiple organ failure.   He is in the intensive care unit and currently is unable to breathe on his own and has to be sedated.  Although his current situation is critical, they are still hopeful he might recover from this current crisis.

From Ron Kelley, pastor, Asheville/Hickory/Greensboro, NC:

Prayers are requested for Charles Fritz, age 73, of the Greensboro, North Carolina, congregation.  Mr. Fritz was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with kidney failure and had to begin dialysis.  In addition, he must be on oxygen and is suffering from congestive heart failure.  At this point, it seems Mr. Fritz will have to be on dialysis treatments for the rest of his life.  He has a very positive attitude and is looking to God for healing and for His will to be done.  Please pray for God’s intervention and that God would restore his kidney function.
