Gertrude Bart, our oldest member in the Caribbean, was admitted to the hospital here in St. Kitts on Friday evening.  She has been diagnosed with poor circulation in her left foot. On Sunday, March 18, she was informed by the surgeon that he would have to amputate the foot to avoid a potentially worse situation. She has asked the doctor for a few more days to give the Church time to intercede on her behalf and for the medication to work.

Please pray for intervention; an amputation would create extreme hardship for her and her family.
