Lupe Gonzales requests continued prayers for his 81 year old grandmother, Josefina Carmona of Donna Texas. Here is a message from him:

My grandmother’s condition is very serious due to complications to her long fight with Diabetes combined with liver cancer.  She's presently in the McAllen hospital in serious condition.  She has refused her medications and food for 3 days till my Aunt was able to persuade her to continue with treatment.  She's very tired of fighting and wants to go to sleep.

My Grandfather's Alzheimer's is increasingly getting worse and my Grandmother is the only one he truly remembers.  The family believes that soon after she goes, he'll go too.  It's been a terrible strain on our whole family.

Thank you very much for your thoughts and prayers. The Carmona and Gonzalez family would like to extend our gratitude in the cards and letters she has received already.
