From Larry DeLong, elder, Lethbridge, AB, Canada:

George Bohus turned 80 at the end of December with high spirits and energy.  His leg still hasn't healed fully because of poor circulation. It is, however, healing and the doctor is hoping to fit him for the artificial leg soon.

George will wait till spring to decide if he will go back to his “farm,” for now he has moved into a seniors lodge.  He wishes to thank everyone for the cards, letters, and phone calls. His neighbors are quite amazed at the volume of cards he has displayed around his room and the love and concern the church has shown.

From Larry DeLong, elder, Lethbridge, AB, Canada:

George Bohus, a 78-year-old member of the Lethbridge congregation, had to have his right foot and leg amputated half way up to the knee because of infection.  He is recovering well but must make many lifestyle decisions as he lives on his own.

Please pray that his leg heals without further infection and that all goes well in fitting him with an artificial limb.
