Prayers are requested for Jim Ashworth of the Mobile, Alabama congregation. He has had throat cancer for several years. He had surgery and afterwards pursued alternative methods of healing. The cancer is now in his trachea and his daughter informed me that it has begun to spread throughout his body. In the meantime he has suffered a stroke. Mr. Ashworth would very much appreciate the prayers of God's people at this critical time.
