We would like to request prayers for Mrs. Alta Arnold of the Athens, OH congregation. Last April Mrs. Arnold had a heart attack and then a stroke the following day. She has worked very hard since learning to swallow, speak and walk (with assistance) again. Now she has another problem. The Teflon patch from carotid artery surgery a couple of years ago is working loose and she has a bacterial infection. The patch is very difficult to repair leaving her vulnerable to rupture and hemorrhage. Both she and her husband, George, would appreciate your prayers as they have gone from one difficult situation to another in the last year.
