Helen Braman fell on stage at the Feast in Hawaii. Below is an update:

To all concerned:

After her fall at the Maui Feast site, Helen was admitted to the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, AZ on Thursday Oct. 30, 2003. Cat-Scans of her broken elbow indicated the need for surgery. The long bone of her elbow was broken into three large pieces, with a lot of smaller bone fragments. The Dr. was able to screw the larger pieces back together, and she is enduring the long healing process. There is considerable pain involved in this type of injury, and Helen is requesting the prayers of all who are concerned. We know God puts nothing more on us then what we can endure, and can turn any tragedy into a glorious lesson in Faith. Helen would like to thank all for their prayers, cards, and other gifts of love from our concerned brethren. Many indicated that they might be kept apprized of her condition, and we thought through this e-mail we could reach as many of those as possible.
