From David Baker, pastor, Buffalo/Elmira/Syracuse, NY:

Dean and Fe Black would like to express their deep appreciation for your prayers on behalf of Dean.  Dean is recovering well from his surgery and was finally released from the hospital yesterday.  He has a long way to go to full recovery but we have all been inspired by his recovery thus far.  The many cards that Dean received during his trial has been an inspiration for Dean and he would like to express his gratefulness for your kind words of encouragement.

From David Baker, pastor, Buffalo/Elmira/Syracuse, NY:

The family of Dean Black would deeply appreciate your prayers on behalf of Dean.  On Monday, June 23, Dean suffered a severe heart attack and was rushed to Rochester General hospital.  An emergency operation was performed in which four coronary artery bypasses were performed.  Since the operation, Dean has been confused and restless, pulling out tubes, etc.  This morning he is having difficulty breathing as fluid is collecting in his lungs.  A neurologist will be examining Dean today to try and determine the reason for the confusion.

Dean and his wife, Fe are wonderful servants in the Elmira, NY congregation.
