From Doug Johnson, pastor, Mansfield/Canton, OH:

Anna Burgett delivered her baby, stillborn, on March 14. She and her husband, Steve, would have had a daughter (Kayla Ann) to add to their family of two young sons. They are doing well, but would certainly still appreciate your prayers in the days and weeks ahead, and they very much appreciate all the cards, calls, and prayers already given on their behalf.

From Doug Johnson, pastor, Mansfield/Canton, OH:

Anna Burgett's unborn child died late last week (about Feb.21).  She has not yet delivered the baby, and requests the prayers of the brethren to ask God to intervene and cause her to go into labor spontaneously.  Due to complications from the caesarian birth of her oldest child, inducing labor could pose risks to her health.  Yet, if she has not delivered by March 21, the doctors believe they must induce labor to remove the body of the child in order to preserve Anna's health. Thank you for you prayers and concern.

From Doug Johnson, pastor, Mansfield/Canton, OH:

Mrs. Anna Burgett, a member in the Mansfield, Ohio church, asks your prayers for her unborn child. She is due to give birth in June, but a recent ultrasound has shown that her baby has fluid on the lungs and a fluid cyst on the neck. The doctors want to do more testing, but at this point they believe that the fluid in the lungs will mean the child cannot survive outside the womb. Anna and her husband Steve have two young sons, Stevie and Caleb, and all of them need your prayers.

From Doug Johnson:

Mrs. Anna Burgett and her family would appreciate your prayers for her healing.

Anna, 21, moved to the Mansfield, Ohio area recently with her husband Steve and their one-year old son Stevie. For the last four weeks, Anna has been battling what has been diagnosed as a viral infection of the brain, either viral meningitis or viral encephalitis. Recently, complications from the spinal tap done to diagnose her condition have given her a setback in her recovery, which was slowly progressing. She is in generally good spirits, and her parents, Marvin and Rita Wright, members in Poplar Bluff, MO, have been able to spend time with her, which has also been an encouragement.
