For those interested, the Website for our hotel this upcoming year for the UCG Cincinnati North Winter Family Tournament Weekend, to be held beginning with check in at noon on December 25th (Wednesday) through December 28th (Saturday) night (most will check out on Sunday). Our room rate will be $45 per night (plus taxes). There are 420 rooms at the Lexington (Kentucky) Griffin Gate Resort.

By the way, we have lined up a much larger sports facilities in Lexington for Basketball and Volleyball with much more room for games, spectators, and concessions.

Depending on interest, we be may be able to offer: indoor soccer, in-line skating, ice skating, swimming (in addition to the hotel indoor pool and exercise facilities), tennis, and maybe more.

The hotel ballroom seats over 1300 people, plus if needed, there are overflow rooms and a pre-assembly area that can seat at least 500 more. We don't expect to run out of space this year.

We expect to start games on December 25th, at about 12:00 PM noon and continuing on as long as people want to play. Sports will continue until Friday December 27th at 4:30 PM.

We will be updating the Website over the summer as we finalize arrangements, which we hope to have firmly set by the feast time this year. Check the Website in a few weeks for those latest.
